Here we are - back at the weekend. I'm saying it every week but where exactly are the days going? I blink and it's Friday again. It's crazy. Now, if someone could just sort out an extra day or 2 in the week, that'd be amazing. Thanks.
This week Brenda still has an extra 25% off all sale stock using the coupon code SALE25
New in stock is minimalista which is just gorgeous
Sidewalks from Riley Blake is also in. This has such a great retro feel, it's one of those collections you just have to have some of the prints, whether you're a retro fan or not. Prints like this one....
Brenda has this fantastic quilt pattern - designed by her very own self. It's a great stash buster and fast too.
Lori Holt's new book is in at Fat Quarter Shop now. I love Lori's work, her fabrics, her style - she's so amazing at designing quilts and this book looks like a great addition to your book shelf.
Gracie girl right here
Bluebird park is new in this week
Sew Me A Song has some great new arrivals.
and this, to name but a few....
Simply Sweet Fabrics have some simply sweet florals
and some simply sweet christmassy fabrics
Cuts Of Cotton have a great selection of quilter's linen. It's a printed cotton fabric, not a true linen which makes it especially great to use in quilts. I love this silver colour, it's a beautiful soft grey.
and snow is a lovely creamy off white.
Sew Fresh Fabrics have some really cool stuff. Like this
And I think that rounds up this week's international what's new post. I'll be back tomorrow with the UK version, but next weekend I won't be here. A lot of people will be in Houston for Quilt Market, and I should be there...but instead I'll be in Malvern (which is in the UK for those that don't know!) doing demonstrations for Sizzix. I should be in Houston, but I didn't feel overly happy leaving the husbeast and being so far away from him just in case he was sick. He's recovering well from his surgery and getting back to his old self, but there's still a way to go before he's 100%. The headaches are still there, not as much as they were, but still very much a part of every day and he's still having to take things easy (he won't be back to work for some time, he has been in for the occasional morning but a full day still seems a long way off). I feel a lot more comfortable knowing if he's not well and I need to get home I can be there in a couple of hours, and it's just a car journey, not a 9 hour flight!
